GCD&I  GENDER COMMUNITY EVENT (NEW DATE)

This event is led by the Gender Community and will include a fireside discussion with Trudi Charles (SVP Legal, Trading & Shipping, BP plc) and Farmida Bi (EMEA Chair, Norton Rose Fulbright). We will take a unique look at the dynamics between in-house and private practice teams  and the opportunities and challenges we have in respect of further improving gender diversity across the sector including: mentoring; navigating team dynamics; building relationships; career aspirations; managing family responsibilities and much more. This event will also mark the launch of two new GCD&I programmes for 2024.

The target audience is GCD&I Signatories and Partner firms: the event is open to everyone regardless of gender.
